Sit level across your back without riding up.

Keep the center of the bra resting against your chest (when appropriate for the style).

Fully support your breast tissue without gaping or spilling.

Feel supportive—not painful.

The Break-In Period

For the first 3–5 wears, the band will gently relax and mold to your body. As it stretches naturally over time, simply move to the next set of hooks to maintain the same supportive fit. This is why we always fit new bras on the loosest hook.

To Make Your Bra Last

Rotate between 2–3 bras whenever possible.

Hand wash or use a lingerie bag on the delicate cycle.

Lay flat or hang to dry—avoid the dryer, as heat damages the elastic.

A properly fitted bra should make you feel comfortable, confident, and beautifully supported every day.
